Mrs. Phyllis Looney-Jones,Owner, Looney-Jones, Inc.

Mrs. Phyllis Looney-Jones (37 years young) is the sole owner of Looney-Jones, Inc. an event planning business located at 115 Wholesale Ave., Suite D. She has been happily married to Mr. Kim A. Jones for seven years. They are the proud parents of a 3 1/2 year old son, Phillip Kenard. Phyllis (Alabama A&M University graduate) is also the daughter of Mr. James and Mrs. Marjorie Looney of Decatur, AL.

Even though Phyllis' business has "officially" been in operation since August 2003, she has always possessed the skills to plan any event. Phyllis once had a friend who referred to her as being "Miss. Group Activity Leader" because any time there was an event to take place, she was always there to help with the planning and making certain that everything went according to plan. So with the vision (Habakkuk 2:2-3) that God had given her along with her God-given skills Looney-Jones, Inc. was born.

Now when Phyllis is asked, "What are the specifics surrounding this business that includes your maiden name and your married name?" she enthusiastically informs you that Looney-Jones, Inc. is designed to be a full service event planning and consulting business that provides a variety of services to be used for any event. Phyllis is licensed and certified to plan events such as weddings, reunions, birthday parties, conferences, in-home dinner parties and much, much more. Her business" ultimate purpose is to rid her clients of their event planning woes and uncertainties by planning their events for them from beginning to end.

For any event, Phyllis' contracted, professional staff can provide a variety of services such as, photography, videography, t-shirt designs, floral arrangements/decorations, music (which is usually provided by her musically talented husband ~ Musically Yours), catering, invitations, souvenir books, etc. Furthermore, no event is too large or too small for her to plan. However, depending upon the type and size of the event, a minimum 30 day notice may be required to ensure top quality planning and execution.

Thus far, Phyllis" clients have been quite satisfied with her services. Griffin is the Pastor. She is also a member of Rho Chi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and a member of Young Adults for a Better World. Her day job consists of being a Program Manager for a local modeling and simulation company for whom she has been employed by for the past seven years. Needless to say, Phyllis' ultimate goal is to be self employed within the next three years.
